At Corset Story, we understand that the perfect fit is as important as the exquisite craftsmanship of our steel-boned corsets. Our shipping and returns policies are designed with the same attention to detail that goes into every stitch of our Victorian-inspired creations.

Shipping Information

We ship our elegant corsetry worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) with the following options:

  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx ($12.95) – delivered within 10-15 business days after processing
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 – delivered within 15-25 business days after processing

All orders are carefully prepared by our corsetiers within 1-2 business days before shipping. You’ll receive tracking information once your order departs our atelier at 798 Rosewood Court, Fairmont, US 56031.

International Patrons: Please note that customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable should you return your order.

Our Return Promise

Should your corset not create the silhouette you envisioned, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

Exclusive Items: To maintain the highest standards of intimacy and customization, we cannot accept returns for:
– Custom-made corsets (including made-to-measure pieces)
– Bridal corsets
These policies mirror those of fine lingerie boutiques worldwide.

The Return Process

Our return process is as structured as the boning in our corsets:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Await Authorization: Our corsetiers will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Carefully repackage items with original tags and packaging. Include the completed return form (provided with your order).

  5. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing upon receipt. You’ll receive email confirmation when complete.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size or color), follow the return process above, clearly stating your desired replacement. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received, with no additional shipping charges for the replacement (customs duties may apply for international exchanges).

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-7 business days after we receive and process your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
  • International customers: customs/duties fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement with the urgency of a corsetiere preparing for a royal ball.
