Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact. Your happiness is our priority, and we aim to make every resolution as elegant as our Victorian-inspired designs.

Note on Custom & Intimate Items: For the protection of all our patrons, custom-made corsets (including made-to-measure pieces) and bridal corsets cannot be returned due to their personal nature. This policy mirrors that of fine lingerie boutiques worldwide.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and return reason.
  2. Await Authorization: Our corsetiers will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Carefully repackage items with original tags and packaging. Include the completed return form (provided with your order).

  5. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing upon receipt. You’ll receive email confirmation when complete.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size or color), follow the return process above, clearly stating your desired replacement. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received, with no additional shipping charges for the replacement (customs duties may apply for international exchanges).

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and process your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
  • International customers: customs/duties fees are non-refundable
